What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard via our secure checkout. Our store is powered by Shopify, a Level 1 PCI compliant service, and all credit card transactions are encrypted and secured via industry-standard 128 bit SSL certificates.   

Where can you ship your items?

We can ship our items to anywhere in the United States. International options are not available at this time. 

How do you ship your items?

All of our items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Items are generally processed in 1-2 business days, with arrival time dependent upon destination. We do our best to ensure every item is carefully packed for shipping. Insurance for the value of the item is included in the shipping cost.

Can you ship the items marked "In Store Pickup"?

Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of these items, it is required that they be picked up in person at our physical location

What is your return policy? 

While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, in the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit or some other issue arises where you are not satisfied, please use our contact form to get in touch with us. When you fill out the form, please be sure to reference your Invoice number along with your contact information so that we can more easily assist you. 

What if I have a question about an item or order?
